Privacy policy

ShopKolbo is operated by JOSAVX LLC. We process information to operate the website, support accounts, prevent fraud and respond to requests. The catalog is currently a preview and purchases are not yet available.

Information we process

Account email, order details, delivery address, support messages and limited technical data needed for security and analytics. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by ShopKolbo.

Service providers

Supabase supports authentication and order records, Stripe processes payments, Vercel hosts the website, and Resend delivers account and support emails. When purchases become available, fulfillment providers receive only the order details required to ship purchased items.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion of eligible personal information by emailing ShopKolbo Support at support@shopkolbo.com. We may need to verify your identity before handling your request.

Retention and security

Records are retained only as needed for orders, legal obligations and fraud prevention. We restrict access to personal information and use safeguards designed to protect it. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Browsing the catalog does not place an order. Delivery, payment and purchase-related processing apply only when ordering becomes available.
