Terms of service

ShopKolbo is operated by JOSAVX LLC. These terms govern purchases and use of the ShopKolbo store. The catalog is currently a preview and purchases are not yet available. When ordering opens, placing an order means you agree to the product price, delivery quote and policies displayed before payment.

Orders and payment

The store is intended for customers in the United States, with prices shown in U.S. dollars (USD). When purchases become available, orders are accepted only after Stripe confirms payment. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable, pricing is clearly erroneous or fraud checks fail.

Delivery

Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. The cart shows the shipping amount before checkout; changing products or destination requires a new quote.

Products

Product colors and dimensions may vary slightly by display and manufacturing batch. Product pages identify the principal features and current offer.
